GeM Registration · Government Tenders

Sell to government buyers with paperwork that actually holds up

GeM Advisor helps Indian businesses register on the Government e-Marketplace, build a catalogue buyers can find, shortlist the tenders worth bidding for, and submit documentation that clears technical evaluation.

  • GeM seller registration handled end to end
  • Tenders filtered to the ones you can actually win
  • Bid documentation checked before it is submitted

Where most sellers get stuck

Registration details that do not match
A constitution type or PAN mismatch surfaces months later, at order stage.
Listings nobody can find
Wrong category or thin specifications keep products out of buyer search results.
Bids rejected on technicalities
A missing declaration or an expired certificate ends an otherwise competitive bid.

What We Do

Complete government procurement support

Six services that cover the full path from a first seller account to repeat orders — take one of them or all of them.

Our Process

How working with us actually goes

Four steps, no mystery. You always know what stage you are at and what is needed from you next.

  1. Step 1

    Understand Your Business

We learn your capabilities, sector and goals to map the right opportunities.

  2. Step 2

    Find Relevant Opportunities

We identify GeM listings and tenders that genuinely fit your business.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare & Submit

We help assemble documentation and submit accurate, compliant bids.

  4. Step 4

    Support & Grow

We stay engaged through clarifications, orders and future opportunities.

Government e-Marketplace

Everything your GeM seller account needs

GeM is where most government buying now starts. Departments search the catalogue, compare listed sellers and raise demands directly on the portal. If your account is incomplete or your products are mapped to the wrong category, you are invisible to that entire process.

We look after the whole account — registration, listings, bids, orders and the compliance declarations that keep it in good standing.

Why GeM Advisor

Careful work beats confident promises

Government procurement is unforgiving about detail and indifferent to enthusiasm. Here is what we bring to it.

Practical Expertise

Working knowledge of GeM workflows, tender documentation and the conditions that actually disqualify bids.

Documentation Accuracy

Careful attention to eligibility, formats, signatures and validity dates — the details that decide technical evaluation.

Honest Strategy

We tell you when an opportunity is not worth pursuing. Bid effort spent well beats bid effort spent often.

Continuous Support

From first registration through clarifications, orders and the next financial year's pipeline.

Before We Start

Documents you will typically need

Nothing exotic — but every one of them has to match the others exactly. We check that before anything is submitted.

  • PAN card of the business and the authorised signatory
  • GST registration certificate
  • Udyam / MSME certificate, if registered
  • Certificate of incorporation, partnership deed or proprietorship proof
  • Cancelled cheque or bank account details in the business name
  • Aadhaar or other KYC of the authorised signatory
  • Address proof of the registered office
  • OEM authorisation or brand documents, for resellers

Typical Timeline

What the first few weeks look like

Timelines shift with category approvals and vendor assessment, but this is the usual shape of an engagement.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery call

A short conversation about what you supply, where you operate and what you have sold before.

  2. Day 2-3

    Document review

We check what you have, flag what is missing and give you a single consolidated list.

  3. Week 1

    Registration or listing

Your seller profile, category activation and first catalogue entries go live.

  4. Ongoing

    Opportunities and bids

Filtered tender alerts, bid preparation and support through evaluation and award.

About GeM Advisor

An advisory firm built around how government buying really works

GeM Advisor works with Indian businesses that want to sell to government departments, PSUs and autonomous bodies. Government procurement rewards preparation — the right registration, accurate documentation and a realistic read of eligibility. That is the work we do.

We set up your GeM seller profile and catalogue properly the first time, filter the tender landscape down to opportunities you can actually win, and prepare compliant, complete bid documentation.

Engagements stay transparent — clear scope, clear timelines and honest advice about whether an opportunity is worth pursuing. If a tender is not a good fit for your business, we will say so.
